Adaptive was engaged to produce an intimate influencer event for SHEGLAM in support of the launch of its bold-color collection, “Welcome To Our Playground.” We led end-to-end production, including securing a West Hollywood rooftop venue and designing custom activations aligned with the collection’s playful concept. Working closely with SHEGLAM, we managed the budget, built arrival and check-in operations, coordinated the run of show with the venue, and delivered post-event social assets. The program featured live demonstrations from celebrity makeup artists, supported by high-impact photo moments and interactive installations that encouraged hands-on discovery of the collection.
