Adaptive paid another visit to the Hamptons to produce a private 4th of July celebration. With the budget we managed, we created the stage and lighting design, handled all talent buying from dancers to live music performers and DJs, and coordinated with vendors who constructed multifunctional experiential decor that tied into the holiday. Guests walked through archways that doubled as photo moments and danced under a disco ball arrangement we fabricated. We orchestrated every detail from catering coordination to entertainment logistics, managing vendor relationships and timeline execution while ensuring the hosts could be present for their guests.
