Dua Lipa Merch Pop Ups

Seven cities, thousands of fans, and personal appearances from Dua Lipa herself. Adaptive was brought on by UK-based Creative-Creation to handle the North American rollout of the ‘Radical Optimism’ tour merch pop-ups - a touring retail experience in support of Dua Lipa’s latest album. We sourced every venue across all seven markets, managed fabrication, merchandising design, and full merch retail operations, and delivered a consistent fan experience from Toronto to Seattle without losing its energy.
